I am a passionate education policy professional and former educator with over a decade of advocacy in equitable policy at the school, district, state, and federal level. I am a champion of marginalized student groups, and I'm committed to closing opportunity gaps through evidence-based, equitable education policy. I have extensive knowledge of both theory and practice of research, policy analysis, and implementation.

Areas of expertise include equitable K-12 funding, recruitment and retention of teachers of color, high-quality instructional materials in math, multilingual learner students, culturally-affirming school environments, higher education access and success, and financial aid access, as well as equity-focused data analysis, innovative curriculum design, social emotional learning, instructional coaching, DEI facilitation, and communications.
